This rain sheet is made from a 600 denier polyester outer which is both breathable and waterproof.  It will keep your horse warm, dry and comfortable.  Warm enough for coastal areas and and an extra for cold areas.  It features an adjustable chest strap and belly straps.  Assorted sizes and colours.
