Bits Gag Portuguese Ellip Link SS

This stainless steel bit is in effect an elliptical link loose ring snaffle with 2 extra rings on the bit rings. With the cheekpiece attached to the top ring and the rein on the bottom ring, this gag becomes a midway between a regular elliptical link snaffle and a regular gag. The mouthpiece has loose rings and a central rounded, egg shaped link. The mouthpiece evolved from the French snaffle and as a result has a very similar action. Most horses readily accept this bit and are more comfortable in their mouths. Sizes 115mm, 125mm, 130mm, 135mm and 145mm.
